The rocky hillside farms of the Provence region in southern France benefit from the warm air flowing inland from the Mediterranean Sea, creating perfect growing conditions for hardy aromatic shrubs like rosemary and lemon thyme. These essential oils from the flowers, fruits, and herbs gathered around the Mediterranean shores are blended into our Mediterranean Tonic Water.

We use less quinine in our Mediterranean Tonic, which, combined with the addition of rosemary and lemon thyme, produces a much lighter and more fragrant tonic. Quinine is the key ingredient that creates the gentle bitterness in tonic water, and our Mediterranean Tonic Water includes a handful of these essential oils for a naturally sourced and flavourful result.
